Privacy notice

Effective 28 October 2026

Information we keep

Account details (email, display name, date of birth to confirm you are an adult, a password hash, optional profile details), your conversations and the notes characters keep about them, and server logs with IP addresses and browser information for a limited time.

Why we keep it

To run your conversations, to let characters remember you, to protect the service and to understand usage in aggregate. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never hand it to outside companies to train their models.

Your time zone

Your browser tells us your time zone so that her messages never arrive at night where you are. It is stored with your account and used for nothing else.

Cookies and counting

One session cookie keeps you signed in. A privacy-minded counter tallies visits without advertising profiles.

Processing

Conversations are processed on our own servers by AI models we host. We share data only where the law requires.

Your choices

Delete messages and conversations in the app and manage her notes from the chat menu. For account deletion, a copy of your data or other requests, email [email protected].
